The PSED Approach
The PSED approach ensures that the child is confident and self-assured in managing his/her behavior, make friends with other kids and shares his/her time with them through interactions and games. It is essential for the child to be more comfortable in a social setting.
PSED stands for Personality, Social and Emotional Development.
Personality
At a very young age, the child forms a sense of self. This approach ensures that the child has high self-esteem and is assertive in nature. With this skill, the child can be successful in social situations.
Social
This approach aims to make the child polite and friendly to everyone. When this skill is developed the child would be interested in making friends. He/She will also be eager to help his peers in need, which is important in a good society.
Emotional
Children are taught how to behave and express their emotions in a social situation. The proper way to control their feelings, so they can easily play and grow with other children. In the future, with good emotional development the child would be successful in forming relations.
Development
This approach seeks to integrate the Personal, Social, and Emotional approaches together into one holistic development model. After this approach is successful, the child will be proficient in :

- Mathematical Ability
- Language Ability
- Leadership Capabilities and Qualities
SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT AREAS
The specific development areas are more focused and academically oriented since after 3 years and with the development of primary areas, the kids are ready to understand, relate, create reasoning in their minds and remember things. The very seeds of literature, mathematics and science are laid down in the child at this stage and thus, the specific development areas prove to be crucial.
- LITERATURE
Developing the habit of reading books, developing writing skills and an introduction to phonetics and letter sounds constitute the prime areas of literature.
- MATHEMATICS
Learning numbers, counting, checking the time, exploring the concepts of measurement, volume and space, shapes are the key areas in mathematics.
- WORLD & NATURE
The kids are encouraged to explore the world around them, look at the amazing beauty nature has gifted all around us. They are introduced to the various parts of the world as per their climate, societies and cultures.
- ART & DESIGN
Creativity is a quality that keeps the child's self-esteem and identity alive. He shares his imagination and power to create with the world and that is a great encouraging factor. We encourage children to bring out their creativity through music, dance, art etc.
